Recent promotions got removed when updating the base ;( You can create new promotions here https://submit2me.com/create-promotion/ and they will be instantly abused. People who spam promotions will be banned without warning.

Its possible, but unless the site suddenly gets very poplar its not worth it to me since ti will increase the running costs alot
