What I require of one of my slaves daily. This is designed to get the slave thinking about serving me from the moment they get up

Every morning:
Clean the top, bottom and rim of the toilet seat with your tongue
Do 15 pushups
25 sit ups
Look into the mirror and say 10x I’m a useless slave and MASTER XAV owns me.

Tomorrow:
When you get home from work you’ll write property of MASTERXAV on a piece of paper 300 times and take a picture of it and send it to me
